1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Drupto Quiz (the "Platform"), you ("User") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Creating an account and using our services signifies your explicit consent to our Privacy Policy and this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Platform

Drupto Quiz is an online quiz platform developed and owned by Drupto Consultants Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") that allows users to participate in quizzes, tests, and assessments for educational, entertainment, or promotional purposes.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform. By using the Platform, users affirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

4. User Registration and Account Security

Users may be required to create an account to access some features. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities that occur under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which outlines prohibited activities and content. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and software on the Platform are the property of Drupto Consultants Pvt Ltd or its licensors. For detailed information on ownership, user content licensing, and permitted uses, please refer to our Intellectual Property Policy.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it on the Platform as detailed in our Intellectual Property Policy. You warrant that you have the right to submit such content.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for our services are processed securely. All purchases are final and non-refundable, as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Platform uses Artificial Intelligence to generate and assess quizzes and answers. While we strive for accuracy, AI may produce errors or inaccurate results. Users acknowledge and accept that:

  • AI‑generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors and should not be solely relied upon for high‑stakes decisions (academic, professional, medical, legal, or financial).
  • Quiz results and feedback are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
  • You retain the right to request human review of AI‑assessed answers where feasible, though such review may be subject to additional fees or delays.
  • We disclaim any liability for decisions or actions taken based on AI‑generated content.

10. Biometric Processing & Proctoring Consent

For proctored quizzes, the Platform may employ facial landmark detection and other biometric processing to verify user identity and monitor test‑taking integrity. By participating in a proctored quiz, you explicitly consent to:

  • Real‑time facial detection and analysis using on‑device machine‑learning models.
  • Storage of biometric data (such as facial landmarks) only for the duration of the quiz session, unless otherwise stated in our Biometric Data Policy.
  • Explicit consent being obtained before each proctored quiz begins; you may decline consent, but doing so will prevent you from taking that particular proctored quiz.
  • Consequences for circumventing proctoring measures, including but not limited to: using virtual cameras, ad‑blockers, browser extensions that interfere with detection, or any other means to avoid being recorded. Such circumvention may result in disqualification, suspension of your account, and forfeiture of any fees paid.

11. Session Recording and Proctoring Appeals

For security and integrity purposes, certain quizzes on the Platform may require session recording, which may include session replay and biometric processing. We respect your right to privacy and choice; however, Users who opt-out of session recording or whose recording is prevented by technical means (including but not limited to ad blockers, browser privacy settings, or network restrictions) acknowledge and agree that:

  • All automated AI Proctoring decisions (such as flagging for tab switching, user absence, or multiple faces) shall be considered final.
  • In the event of a dispute or disqualification, the absence of a session recording means the User forfeits the right to appeal or contest the system's decision, as there is no verifiable evidence to review.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access or results accuracy.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform, including indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Suspension or Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user without prior notice for violation of these Terms or other misconduct.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with Indian law, any grievances or complaints related to the use of the Platform, data processing, or other concerns can be sent to our Grievance Officer. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for contact details.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
