Live Interactive System Readiness Check
Run our secure background test to verify if your device and network are ready for quiz taking.
1. Platform Overview
To ensure a seamless, high-performance, and secure experience during assessment creation and test-taking, DruptoQuiz utilizes a modern, real-time client-server architecture built on Next.js and secure Google Firebase cloud services. Meeting the minimum technical requirements described below is crucial for preventing interruptions, visual discrepancies, or data sync delays.
2. System & Hardware Specifications
| Component | Minimum Requirement | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Internet Speed | 1.0 Mbps stable connection | 2.0 Mbps+ broadband or 4G/5G |
| Web Browsers | Chrome 90+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+, Firefox 88+ | Google Chrome (Latest Version) |
| Devices | Modern Smartphone, Tablet, or Laptop | Desktop or Laptop Computer |
| Webcam & Audio | Required only for proctored quizzes | Integrated or External HD Webcam |
3. Behind the Scenes: How DruptoQuiz Works
To guarantee academic integrity, prevent cheating, and protect valuable quiz content, DruptoQuiz employs a two-phase data flow model:
- Security Scrubbing (Anti-Cheat): While taking an active quiz, the platform strips out correct answer keys, grading weights, and other metadata from the client browser. The browser only possesses the questions and options—never the answers.
- Asynchronous Cloud Grading: When you click "Submit Quiz", your answers are securely packaged and uploaded to our backend. A dedicated serverless Cloud Function processes and grades your submission against the secure master key stored in our database.
- Result Unscrubbing & Re-Fetch: Once grading completes successfully, the platform triggers a secure client-side re-fetch to retrieve the newly calculated scores, option explanations, and correct answer highlights, restoring full visibility to your review screen.
4. Network Interruption & The "N/A" Results Discrepancy
If you experience high latency, packet loss, or a temporary drop in internet connectivity immediately after clicking "Submit Quiz", it can interrupt the essential post-submission synchronization process.
When this interruption happens, your answers are usually received by our servers, but the client browser **fails to download the graded results** or complete the "unscrubbing" sequence.
The Quiz Review page successfully loads, but both "Your Answer" and "Correct Answer" are displayed as "N/A".
5. Troubleshooting & Resolving Connectivity Issues
If you encounter the "N/A" results screen or experience page load failures, please follow these steps to restore and synchronize your quiz data:
- Verify Connectivity: Check your device's network icon to ensure you have a stable, active Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
- Refresh the Page: Once connectivity is restored, simply perform a hard refresh of the browser page (Ctrl + F5 on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac). This forces the browser to bypass local cache and re-establish the secure handshake to fetch the unscrubbed keys.
- No Loss of Progress: Rest assured, your submitted answers are permanently saved in our secure Google Cloud Firestore database under your authenticated user session. Refreshing will **not** clear your submission or grade.
- Contact Drupto Support: If the "N/A" status persists after multiple refreshes under a stable connection, please contact our support team at support@druptoconsultants.com. Include the Quiz Title, Submission Time, and your account email.
