As our services are delivered digitally and instantaneously upon purchase, we do not offer a cancellation option for one-time purchases once the payment has been processed and the credits have been added to your account.
Refunds
All purchases made on DruptoQuiz are final and non-refundable. We provide digital goods (quiz and attempt credits) that are immediately available for use upon purchase, and as such, we cannot offer refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or a failure to deliver the purchased credits to your account, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if a processing error is confirmed on our end, we will ensure the correct credits are applied to your account or issue a refund for the erroneous charge at our discretion.
