This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services purchased on DruptoQuiz, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Cancellations

As our services are delivered digitally and instantaneously upon purchase, we do not offer a cancellation option for one-time purchases once the payment has been processed and the credits have been added to your account.

General Refund Policy

In general, purchases made on DruptoQuiz are final and non-refundable. We provide digital goods (quiz and attempt credits) that are immediately available for use upon purchase, and as such, we do not offer refunds for completed services or change of mind.

We encourage users to review the plan details carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a plan's features, please contact our support team before completing your purchase.

Exceptions to No‑Refund Policy

In accordance with consumer protection laws, refunds may be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service Non‑Delivery: If you have paid for quiz credits but they have not been delivered to your account within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Technical Failure: If a technical failure on our platform prevents you from completing a quiz you have paid for, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a processing error.
  • Misrepresentation: If the service was materially misrepresented at the time of purchase (e.g., features advertised were not available).
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If the purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification with your payment provider).

To request a refund under any of these exceptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with relevant proof (screenshots, transaction ID, etc.). We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

Dispute Resolution & Consumer Rights

If you believe your consumer rights have been violated or you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. We encourage you to first attempt to resolve the issue directly with us through our support channels.

Consumers in India may approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission based on the value of the claim and jurisdiction.
