This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") aims to establish guidelines for the management, protection, and use of intellectual property created, used, or provided by Drupto Consultants Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") through the Drupto Quiz platform ("Platform"). This ensures respect for IP rights and legal compliance.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all employees, contractors, users, and third parties engaged with the Platform and covers all intellectual property including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any proprietary content.

3. Definitions

• Intellectual Property (IP): Creations of the mind such as inventions, literary and artistic works, designs, symbols, names, and images used in commerce.
• Copyright: Protection granted to original works including text, graphics, software, and multimedia content.
• Trademark: Distinctive signs or logos identifying goods or services.
• Patent: Legal rights granted for inventions that are novel and useful.
• Trade Secret: Confidential business information providing competitive advantage.

4. Ownership

All IP created or developed by employees, contractors, or contributors in connection with the Platform is the sole property of Drupto Consultants Pvt Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Contributions from users or third parties, such as manual quiz questions or content submissions, grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content on the Platform.

4.1. AI-Generated Content Ownership

In accordance with modern intellectual property standards for AI-assisted creation:

• AI-Generated Content: Any content (e.g., quiz questions, feedback, explanations) generated by the Platform's AI models based on your specific prompts or inputs is owned by you, the User. However, by using the Platform, you grant Drupto Consultants Pvt Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and maintain such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• Core Infrastructure: The underlying AI models, algorithms, prompt structures, and software architecture remain the exclusive property of Drupto Consultants Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

5. Use of Intellectual Property

Users and stakeholders must use the IP owned or licensed by Drupto Consultants Pvt Ltd solely for permitted purposes and not infringe upon our rights or those of third parties.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or exploitation of IP is prohibited.

6. Protection of IP

We actively protect our IP through appropriate legal measures.

Any suspected infringement or misuse must be reported immediately to our legal team at support@druptoconsultants.com.

We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals or entities that infringe on our IP rights.

7. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Platform may contain or incorporate third-party IP. Such use is authorized by licenses or agreements.

Users must respect third-party IP rights and comply with any applicable terms.

7A. Copyright Infringement Claims & Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint to our designated officer. In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, your complaint should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material on the Platform that you claim is infringing
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the complaint is accurate

We will investigate all legitimate complaints and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content within the timeframes prescribed by applicable law.

8. Confidentiality

Trade secrets and confidential IP information must be kept secure and not disclosed except as authorized.

9. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

The Platform provides content "as is" and does not guarantee non-infringement of third-party rights.

Users assume responsibility for their use of Platform content with respect to IP laws.

9A. AI Content Originality Guarantee

All quiz content generated by the Platform's AI is created as original, transformative work. The AI is specifically instructed to:

• Never reproduce copyrighted text verbatim from any source
• Create original question formulations that test conceptual understanding
• Express all content in original language, even when based on specific source material

While we implement these safeguards, no AI system is infallible. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing to ensure it does not inadvertently reproduce protected expression.

10. Modifications to Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or business needs. Updates will be posted on the Platform with revised effective dates.
